Courier Conditions
We use Business Post for courier deliveries.
A signature is required on delivery. If no one is home, a card will be posted through the door with contact details for the courier. They will then expect you to call within 5 working days to rearrange delivery Monday-Friday. The couriers will not hold the parcel for longer than 5 working days. If nobody is home after the second attempt you will have to arrange for collection at your nearest depot, where identification will be required on collection. The couriers cannot authorise a redirection to a different address without first getting authorisation from The Digital Camera Company and there is a further charge to the customer for this service. We can only authorise a redirection to the billing address or cardholder's work address if payment was made by card. If goods are refused without The Digital Camera Company being informed prior to dispatch, or returned due to nobody at the delivery address upon delivery or not being collected from the courier depot within 5 days, a charge of £16.00 will be made for the cost of returning the parcel back to The Digital Camera Company.
Royal Mail Conditions
A signature is required on delivery. A card will be posted if no one is home and collection will be required at the Post Office specified on the card. Identification may be required on collection. If the parcel is not collected from the Post Office within 7 days, the parcel will be returned to The Digital Camera Company and a nominal fee of £3.50 will be charged to the customer. Delivery is usually next working day. If goods do not arrive within 10 days, they will be deemed lost and we can offer a full refund or dispatch replacement items.

We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and a delay in delivery is sometimes out of our control. Delivery dates stated by us are approximate and we shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of goods.
Any discrepancies in delivery must be notified in writing within seven days of the delivery date.
