With this history in mind Sandisk are a manufacturer we trust, they bring us quality and support with all of their products so you can buy with confidence.

Are you thinking of buying this card? Read this, it may help you. Extreme III cards are designed for cameras with very fast processors like professional SLRs with 8 or more megapixels, fast frame rates, and large file sizes. Compact cameras will not benefit from this type of card as they do not have fast enough processors. Perhaps you could therefore consider an Ultra II Sandisk or Dane-Elec XS equivalent. At Rob Galbraith’s website the card database shows just how fast your Pro SLR camera works with CF cards. More importantly check out the differences between the Ultra II and the Extreme III - not much, is it!
