White
White Balance - Most modern digital cameras will automatically adjust the colour balance of the picture as a matter of course - to compensate for any tints in the ambient light, such as sunlight, florescent strip lights or normal indoor light bulbs. This is called White Balance, and means you can take a picture indoors without the resulting orange tint that you often get with a film camera. White balance can also help with improving general picture quality when taking pictures in a gloomy setting.
