I would like to give you some satisfied customer feedback. I recently purchase a Canon MV880 online. The camera, the firewire cable and tapes arrived within a few days of the order being placed. Fantastic. You were out of stock of the tapes ordered on line, stocking error but instead of sending nothing and reporting a back order you sent an alternative, brilliant. Why can't other suppliers of consumer goods think this way. I then realised that I had not ordered the board for the cable. Received within two days but this was faulty so it was returned and replaced within a week, fantastic. Since then I have ordered a carrying bag for the increasing range of bits and pieces for the camera. Your system showed delivery within a week or so. It arrived within three days of the order being placed. Excellent again. Maybe if I had thought things through at the beginning I would have ordered the whole lot in one go and saved on postage but what the hell I like placing orders with you, its fun and rewarding and by the way the web site is very easy to navigate and interesting to browse. Well done all of you.
