Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I received my Canon EOS 30D yesterday and wanted to thank you for the prompt delivery and very efficient customer service. This is the first time I have purchased anything from the Digital Camera Company and I was extremely impressed with the service. I applied for on-line finance on Sunday morning, posted the finance application form on Monday morning and received the camera on Wednesday! This really is customer service at its absolute best and the price of the camera was extremely competitive and significantly cheaper than Jessops. I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to friends and family. Thanks again for the fantastic service.

Thanks for the info on the EOS 5D firmware update. This is a very nice touch, you are probably the only company which sends out such info to customers.
